The search for a missing Nashville woman came to a tragic end after police confirmed her body was found inside a home under construction.

Metro Nashville Police said DNA analysis has identified the body found in a Wilson County home on Sept. 12 as 23-year-old Blanca Guadalupe Berrios Orellana.

“Please help locate Blanca Guadalupe Berrios Orellana, 23, of Antioch. She said she was going to Murfreesboro to help family on Aug. 18 and was reported missing on Aug. 21,” Metro Nashville Police announced in an X-Alert on Sept. 3. “She is 5 feet 2 inches tall and weighs 120 pounds. Police said Berrios-Orellana was reported missing by her mother on Aug. 21 and was on her way to Murfreesboro to visit family but never arrived.
