Humana falls after releasing 2025 Medicare Advantage offerings – TipRanks

Humana stock (ham) prices are falling after the company announced its Medicare Advantage and Medicare prescription drug plan offerings for 2025. “Based on member feedback, Humana includes coverage for new glasses in every plan every year, along with vision benefits.Humana also includes deep cleaning, We offer comprehensive dental coverage plans, including fillings and crowns,” the company said in a statement. Humana has a total of 793 individual Medicare Advantage plans nationwide heading into 2025. Members with Part D coverage will have a $2,000 drug out-of-pocket maximum and no coverage gap tier. In 2025, Humana will offer Medicare Advantage plans in 48 states plus Washington, DC, and Puerto Rico, covering 89% of U.S. counties. Humana stock fell 6% to $297.89 in afternoon trading. Alignment Healthcare stock (ALHC), which also released its 2025 Medicare Advantage plans this morning, fell 17%, or $1.99, to $9.83.
