Hundreds Of Civilians Killed In Syria As Ruling Jihadists Clash With Assad Loyalists

Hundreds of people have been killed in Syria, with some sources attributing the violence to the country's new jihadist government forces.

“Israel will protect itself from any threats from Syria,” he added. “We will remain in the security zone, mount Harmon and protect the Golan and Galilean communities.”

Katz said Israel will denounce southern Syria and take military action against those who hurt the region's indigenous Druze community.
