Hunter Biden asks judge to drop his laptop lawsuit because he’s broke, victim of LA fires

I'm crying.

Hunter Biden asked a federal judge to drop a laptop hacking lawsuit that slapped a former Trump White House aide. Because he's “millions of dollars” in debt and “greater” with his homelessness in Los Angeles wildfires.

The 55 former eldest sons who fought not only reduced sales from his artwork and memoirs, but also blamed the recent fire as he was plagued by “significant debt” against Garrett Ziegler, a motion filed in federal court in California.

“[Hunter] His lawyer exposed his apparent financial difficulties, and his lawyer argued.

His financial problems were only “greater” by the Pacific Palisade wildfires in January, and he said he insisted that he “cannot blame” the house.

“Like many others in such circumstances, I have difficulty finding a new permanent place to live,” he insisted in the move.

“I knew my financial situation had deteriorated significantly over time, but it wasn't in the past month that I realized that I had to take dramatic actions to alleviate this situation.”

Elsewhere, Hunter has denounced the decline in sales from his artwork and 2021 memoir “The Beautiful Things” due to his so-called disastrous financial situation.

“In the two to three years in December 2023, I sold 27 pieces of art at an average price of $54,481.48, and since then I have only sold one piece of art for $36,000,” he argued in the motion.

“Similarly, my book sales sold 3,161 copies of my book on the six months before the statement (April 1, 2023 to September 30, 2023), based on the statement on September 30, 2023, and only about 1,100 books were sold six months after the statement.”

“Given the positive feedback and reviews of my artwork and memoirs, I was hoping to get paid speaking engagement and paid appearances, but that didn't happen,” he continued.

Hunter first filed a lawsuit against Ziegler in 2023 after allegedly illegally accessing and distributing embarrassing content on the infamous laptop of Marco Polo, the website of Ziegler's right-wing nonprofit.

Ziegler, who worked as an aide to Trump's trade adviser Peter Navarro in his last administration, has published much of Hunter's laptop data on his site since Post first unveiled the device in 2020.

The lawsuit accuss Zielger and others of violating computer fraud and data laws by accessing “tens of thousands of emails, thousands of photos, dozens of videos and recordings” from laptops.

Separately, Hunter also filed a lawsuit after former Delaware computer repair shop owner John Paul Mac Isaac first leaked data from his laptop.

In his latest filing, Hunter noted that he is evaluating each of the pending cases as a “case-by-case basis for allocating my limited resources.”
