Hunter Biden Faces 42 Years in Prison for Tax and Gun Charges 

Hunter Biden could be sentenced to 42 years in federal prison on nine tax and three firearms charges filed by Special Counsel David Weiss.

According to Weiss' indictment:

The House Oversight Committee credited an Internal Revenue Service whistleblower with exposing the Biden administration's “political interference” in the investigation. Mr. Weiss had planned to agree to a plea deal between Mr. Hunter and his girlfriend until the deal fell apart due to judicial scrutiny. The judge was aware of the IRS whistleblower's allegations.
