Hunter Biden, Rosie O’Donnell seen leaving Nobu prior to NATO summit

Hunter Biden was spotted leaving an upscale restaurant in Malibu, California, just before comedian Rosie O’Donnell, who recently joined the ranks of Democrats saying President Biden should not seek reelection. Sun This is the first time it has been reported.

The 54-year-old eldest son of one of the convicted was spotted leaving swanky celebrity-favorite restaurant Nobu on Thursday night, just minutes before President Joe Biden was due to speak at a NATO summit.

Biden was seen wearing a dress shirt and khaki pants, while O’Donnell was seen wearing casual shorts. It is unclear whether the two met inside the restaurant.

The photographs were taken just before the president took part in a highly anticipated NATO summit in Washington DC.

The president’s attendance at the summit, and subsequent news conference, was an attempt by the 81-year-old president to salvage his public image after a disastrous performance at the debate that prompted Democratic donors like O’Donnell to write off Biden.

“Thank you Joe Biden for all you’ve given to our country. Now is the time to pass the baton. And please, Democrats, come together before it’s too late,” O’Donnell wrote. Instagram PostsCalifornia Governor Gavin Newsom after the presidential debate.

In response to a comment about whether Biden was eligible to run for president, O’Donnell said she believed “having another candidate would give us a better chance of beating Trump.”

Another user responded that while the debate wasn’t about replacing him, “it’s time.”

O’Donnell’s public comments that President Biden should step down and decline the Democratic nomination come as a growing number of prominent figures are trying to encourage the aging president to succeed him.

Longtime supporters such as author Stephen King and actor George Clooney have called on Biden to resign.

“Joe Biden has been a great president, but for the sake of the America he clearly loves, the time has come to announce that he will not be running for reelection,” King wrote on X.

Clooney’s response was later published in an opinion piece in The New York Times. I love Joe Biden, but we need a new candidate..

“I love Joe Biden — as a Senator, as Vice President and as President. I consider him a friend and I believe in him. I believe in his character. I believe in his morals. And over the past four years he has won many of the battles he has faced,” Clooney wrote.

“But the one battle he can’t win is the battle against time. No one can win that. It’s heartbreaking to say this, but the Joe Biden I was with at a fundraiser three weeks ago was not the ‘big’ Joe Biden of 2010. He’s not even the Joe Biden of 2020. He was the same person we all witnessed at the debates.”

Biden’s NATO introduction to Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky included an embarrassing gaffe, when he mistakenly referred to the Eastern European president as “President Putin.”
