Hunter Biden’s legal team has reportedly sent a letter threatening to sue Fox News “immediately” over alleged “unauthorized commercial exploitation” of the president’s son.

NBC News reports that the younger Biden’s legal team has been planning to sue Foxx for more than a year. Geragos said the station “relentlessly attacked” his client for high ratings and “financial gain.”
“For the past five years, Fox News has relentlessly attacked and turned Hunter Biden into a caricature in order to increase viewership and financial gain,” Geragos said in a statement. “The recent indictment of FBI informant Smirnov exposed a disinformation conspiracy that has been fueled by Fox, enabled by paid agents, and monetized by Fox companies. We hold them accountable. I plan to pursue it.”

NBC reports that the letter mentions Fox News’ focus on bribery allegations against Alexander Smirnov, who has accused the Biden family of corruption. The FBI charged Hunter with lying to authorities by fabricating a story about then-Vice President Joe Biden and Burisma, a Ukrainian energy company on which Hunter was a director from 2014 to 2019. did.

The letter requested retractions and corrections from several anchors, including Sean Hannity, Maria Bartiromo and Jesse Watters, the paper said.
The network is also suspected of broadcasting “intimate images” that were “hacked, stolen, and/or manipulated,” according to NBC News. Many of these images were released during a six-part “mock trial” titled “The Hunter Biden Trial” that aired in October 2021, according to the letter. Hunter’s lawyers are demanding that the “Mock Trial” series be removed from all streaming services.
“While using certain true information, this series intentionally manipulates facts, distorts the truth, narrates events out of context, and concocts dialogue to entertain. “Viewers of the series will not be able to decipher what is fact and what is fiction,” the letter reportedly reads.
Hunter is charged with three counts of illegally purchasing a Colt Cobra revolver while under the influence of drugs in October 2018. He is charged in a separate indictment with nine counts related to failing to pay more than $1 million in taxes over a four-year period.
