Hunter Biden Threatens Lawsuit Against Fox News: REPORT

NBC reports that the letter mentions Fox News’ focus on bribery allegations against Alexander Smirnov, who has accused the Biden family of corruption. The network is also suspected of broadcasting “intimate images” that were “hacked, stolen, and/or manipulated,” according to NBC News. Many of these images were released during a six-part “mock trial” titled “The Hunter Biden Trial” that aired in October 2021, according to the letter. Hunter’s lawyers are demanding that the “Mock Trial” series be removed from all streaming services.

“While using certain true information, this series intentionally manipulates facts, distorts the truth, narrates events out of context, and concocts dialogue to entertain. “Viewers of the series will not be able to decipher what is fact and what is fiction,” the letter reportedly reads.

Hunter is charged with three counts of illegally purchasing a Colt Cobra revolver while under the influence of drugs in October 2018. He is charged in a separate indictment with nine counts related to failing to pay more than $1 million in taxes over a four-year period.
