Although her NCAA championship dreams remained unfulfilled, she would graduate college as the No. 1 scorer in women's NCAA basketball history.
The WNBA draft took place right after the season ended, and the regular season started right after that, so Clark probably won't have long to mourn his loss in the NCAA.
Despite starting 1-8, Clark and his teammates eventually found their way, winning nine of their final 14 games as starters after the Olympic hiatus. They finished 20-20.
