South Park Creators Matt Stone and Trey Parker confirmed they had nothing more to say about Trump, but also made it clear that the long-running Comedy Central series would not return until after the November election.
When asked a question Vanity Fair Interview If the show's extended hiatus was intentional to avoid the whole Trump conundrum, Stone responded: “Honestly, it was on purpose.”
Stone and Parker spoke to the magazine about their careers and South Park He has a history of mocking Trump in the past.
“we South Park “Going through four or five presidential elections is really hard and it's really confusing and it feels like it's taken on an inordinate amount of importance,” Stone said. “Obviously, it's really important, but it dominates everything and it's not as fun.”
