Her closet was overflowing, yet her desire to wear it all was lacking.

This busy Australian mom, who also runs a business, had finally reached her limit with mismatched outfits, unnecessary expenses, and morning meltdowns.

So, she decided it was time to seek help.

“I had tons of clothes, but nothing felt exciting to wear,” Michelle shared. “It was a Friday afternoon, and I thought, ‘Surely there’s someone who does personal shopping or styling.'”

“Choosing clothes takes only five minutes now.”

While fashion has always intrigued Michelle, her adult life’s budgeting left her uninspired, leading to a closet filled with cheap, unworn items.

“It felt like I had a lot of clothes that didn’t represent me,” she noted.

After reaching out to a stylist, the two quickly clicked.

“She came over and examined my wardrobe, understanding my colors and preferences,” Michelle recounted. “Turns out, I’m an autumn color type.”

The stylist sifted through what Michelle already owned and made a shopping list of what was needed.

“My first big shopping spree with her resulted in what became my capsule wardrobe,” she said.

“It’s all about putting yourself first.”

Now, her wardrobe caters to everything from business meetings to school runs, fitting seamlessly into her lifestyle.

With a mix of high-end items and budget-friendly essentials, she’s received numerous compliments.

“I get comments from beautiful women all the time, and I just say it’s not really me,” Michelle admitted. “A smart stylist organized my wardrobe, creating countless outfit combinations.”

For those in need of new clothes, the process can feel daunting.

“My wardrobe has been mostly revamped, so now it’s about tweaking things for special occasions,” she said.

“When we’re shopping, we can get everything done in about an hour, and then I’m ready to pack a suitcase.”

Michelle believes this is something every mom can gain from.

“As caregivers, we often prioritize everyone else. Sometimes, you really have to put your own oxygen mask on first,” she said.

While some moms might see this as a luxury, Michelle argues that it can actually be quite economical.
