At 70 years old, she’s embracing her sexuality.
After leaving her 34-year-old husband for a passionate connection, Tina Pemberton expresses her joy in this late sexual discovery.
Feeling rejuvenated, she’s dived into the world of dating apps and found a new partner.
“I live like a teenager,” she shared. “I don’t feel old. I feel happy, and honestly, I think I look better than I did two decades ago.”
Pemberton used to lead a quiet life in Norfolk, England, but felt confined in her marriage to someone who was 18 years her senior and wasn’t working, leaving her unsatisfied. “I was full of energy and wanted more than what country life offered,” she recalls.
Following her divorce, she relocated to London to be closer to her son. With encouragement from a friend, she decided to explore dating apps, a first for her since she hadn’t dated anyone since her twenties.
Before long, she found herself intimate with someone for the first time in nearly fifty years.
“They say things change when you age, but this new guy knew what he was doing. He used lubricant and made sure I was comfortable,” she admitted, clearly excited. “It worked, and I was ecstatic—dancing around like I was floating on air!”
Although she has no intentions of remarrying her long-term boyfriend, Pemberton enjoys the adventures of online dating and appreciates her newfound independence, even if she sometimes experiences ghosting.
She’s also become passionate about advocating for older women, expressing, “I want to challenge the stereotypes about older women enjoying sex and having love lives. It’s essential for mental health and overall well-being.”
