During her Sunday appearance on MSNBC, Rep. Jasmine Crockett (D-TX) denied that she played a role in promoting violence against Elon Musk's brand Tesla.
Texas Democrats have admitted to allowing them to participate in what is called “Tesla Takedown.”
“So I'm going to say I actually took part in the Tesla Takedown,” she said. “It's the name of the website. And what they're looking for was about this huge protest. And this is a non-violent protest when they were there. And when I was there, the Attorney General had to say I wasn't asking for violence. The area is making your voice speak up and you can exercise the constitutional rights we see.
Crockett continued. “And yes, I'm excited to see Elon Musk, his money now has to do with Tesla tanking, like it relates to Tesla. And I'm fine with that. The issue of terrorism, maybe you should talk to your boss about locking those who allowed those who joined on January 6th.”
