If Trump Wins Mayorkas, Biden Likely Will Be Prosecuted

Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-South Carolina) said Sunday on CNN’s “State of the Union” that President Joe Biden and Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas could face criminal prosecution if former President Donald Trump wins the November election.

“Democrats continue to call President Trump a felon. Be careful what you wish for. I expect there will be an investigation into Biden’s criminal conduct at the border. If I were Mayorkas, I would be worried that someone is going to come after you for abusing parole laws. I hope someone is going to look at you for election interference, all 51 people who signed the letter saying Hunter Biden’s laptop, that laptop was fake and it was Russian disinformation. So the country is reset here and this opens Pandora’s box with a binding standard of glorifying political prosecutions. Will he be relieved of responsibility or absolved?” Graham said.

Dana Bash said, “I want to address some important issues, and you just warned me about retaliation.”

Graham warned, “The Pandora’s box that the Democrats opened will be applied here. There should be an investigation into Mayorkas and Biden for the abuse of parole laws that led to the murder of Laken Riley. They released suspects for incompetence and then legally paroled them. I think the criminality of Biden’s border policies should be investigated. There should be an investigation into people lying about Hunter Biden’s laptop being ambiguous when it was real. Yeah, I expect people to see that. There was a January 6th commission to investigate what happened on January 6th. I hope there’s a commission to investigate the border policies that led to the rape and murder of so many Americans, people between the ages of 18 and 30 who have died from fentanyl suspension. Yeah, I hope that gets done.”
