A man who was not supposed to be in the United States brutally murdered a Michigan woman during a drunken car robbery and left her body on a busy interstate, new reports reveal.
The body of 25-year-old Ruby Garcia was discovered on southbound Route 131 and Leonard Street in Grand Rapids, Michigan, around 11:40 p.m. Friday. She had been shot multiple times.
