Illegal immigrants first I input it He entered the United States on a tourist visa in October 2015 and left the same month. The illegal immigrant then arrived in the United States as a fugitive, but, like the majority of fugitives, appears to have successfully crossed the U.S.-Mexico border.
In April, Dominican law enforcement issued an arrest warrant for the illegal immigrant, charging him with murder, which carries a 30-year prison sentence.
On June 20, he was charged with identity theft and theft in Westborough, Massachusetts, after which Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) filed a detention order seeking his detention.
The same day, ICE agents arrested an illegal immigrant in West Boylston, Massachusetts. He remains in ICE custody awaiting deportation from the United States.
“This Dominican fugitive is a murder suspect who fled to Massachusetts rather than face trial in his home country,” ICE official Todd Lyons said in a statement.
Since Biden took office in late January 2021, roughly 2 million illegal immigrants have fled across the southern border.
