An illegal immigrant from Honduras has been indicted in Virginia on multiple charges related to child pornography and filming minors.
Gerson Gonzalez Hernandez, 24, faces 10 counts of child pornography and two counts of illegal production of videos or images of minors. fox 5dc report.
The illegal filming charges are related to an alleged crime in August 2019. The rest are related to crimes in November 2023. He was arrested on February 9th.

In a statement reported by FOX 5, D.C. Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO) spokesman James Covington confirmed that Hernandez is a Honduran citizen who is “illegally present” in the United States.
U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) and ERO officials requested Hernandez’s detention at the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center, where he is being held, according to a statement.
The request would require local governments to notify ICE agencies to hold certain inmates for up to 48 hours beyond their sentence so that immigration authorities can detain them to begin deportation proceedings. I’m asking you to.
