Undocumented immigrants accused of assaulting New York City Police Department (NYPD) officers flashed their middle fingers and skipped bail, avoiding deportation thanks to New York City’s sanctuary policy.
As Breitbart News reported, a group of illegal aliens attacked New York City police officers outside a taxpayer-funded immigrant shelter in midtown Manhattan on Tuesday. The violent attack was caught on camera and seven of the illegal immigrants involved were arrested.
He is wanted in Midtown on suspicion of assaulting an NYPD police officer.

The person is 22-year-old Joan Boada, one of the undocumented immigrants charged with assaulting two New York City police officers in Times Square over the weekend and released without bail. He pointed the bird at the camera as he left court today.

The illegal aliens arrived in New York City in 2023 after crossing the U.S.-Mexico border from Venezuela. They were likely released into the interior of the United States by President Joe Biden’s Department of Homeland Security (DHS) before heading to the Big Apple.
The Manhattan District Attorney’s Office has previously denied bail requests for illegal aliens accused of assaulting New York City police officers. Instead, prosecutors are asking for his release while the investigation continues.
New York Governor Kathy Hochul (D) stopped short of calling for Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) to arrest and deport illegal aliens.
At a press conference on Wednesday, Hochul said: Said Deportation should be “considered” simply as an option, but state custody policies prevent local law enforcement from cooperating with ICE agents.
