Illinois Dem on girls having to change in front of transgender: ‘It’s a lie!’

Bob Morgan, the state representative of the Illinois Democratic Party, suggested that he lied about the situation to a middle schooler who claimed he was forced to make a change alongside a transgender student in the locker room.

During Tuesday's session at the Illinois General Assembly, Morgan addressed the allegations of the incident after being called to the attention by Deerfield resident Nicole Jogus, who filed a federal civil rights complaint after revealing the allegations at a school board meeting last week.

Morgan, who represents Deerfield, addressed the issue in response to being raised by Adam Neimag, the Republican leader who filed Georges' allegations.

In Morgan's response, he called the issue a “lie,” praised the issue for handling the community and school situation, and criticised Niemerberg for lifting it up at all.

“We have a great school. By the way, we have a great, incredible school, an incredible family, an incredible community that has come together to deal with this situation, because that's a lie,” Morgan said.

“So next time the representative wants to talk about other districts, I understand that he might be embarrassed, and frankly, it should probably be.

Georgas responded to Morgan's accusation with X's answer.

“Really [Rep. Morgan?] Was your daughter in the locker room? Because it belonged to me! You dare to accuse them of lying. You don't like it [and] Despicable and hope that one day I will play audio for you! ” wrote Georges.

Georgas filed a civil rights complaint Ministry of Justice After school administrators allegedly tried to force their 13-year-old daughter last month in front of a transgender student in the girls' locker room.

Nicole Georgas revealed the complaint during a school board meeting Deerfield Public School District 109 Last week, the incident allegedly became the tournament last month after her daughter refused to change her uniform during physical education because she was a biological male student at the time.

“Girls want a locker room Bathroom bag. They want to regain their privacy. This is why I'm here tonight. My 13-year-old daughter's happiness, mental health and privacy are at risk,” Jogus said in a speech at the board meeting Thursday.

According to Georgas, her daughter was “frightened” and “very upset” when she realized that she was using the girls' bathroom on February 5th and that transgender students were also using the facility at the same time.

“She was told by the administration that students can now identify as women, so they can use the bathroom and the women's locker room,” Jogus said of the explanatory manager who was said to have provided her daughter.

Georgas said the situation got worse a few days later when her daughter and other classmates refused to be converted to uniforms during physical education due to the presence of a transgender student.

She claimed the next day that school administrators pulled the girls aside and later turned them into uniforms.

“That day [Assistant Superintendent for Student Services] Joanna Ford, [Assistant Principal] Kathy Van Trese and several teachers all came to the girls' locker room and turned them into uniforms. This lasted for a week,” she said, adding that her daughter still “refused to participate.”

Georgas then raised the issue with the school administration, pointing out to them that he believed it was a direct violation of President Donald Trump. “Exclude men from women's sports” Presidential order. She said in her speech that the administration, under the direction of her legal counsel, informed her that students were free to use both the girls' bathroom and the girls' locker room.

In a statement to Fox News Digital, Deerfield Public Schools 109 said there are no students changing in front of others in the locker room, adding that school policies are consistent with state law.

“District 109 is committed to providing a learning environment where all students and staff are respected and supported. Our policies and procedures include student use, state law, Illinois School Law, and guidance from the Illinois State Board of Education (ISBE).
