Shannon Sharpe explained why she’s better after performing “Let Me Go” on FOX Sports’ “Undisputed” last June.
Sharp, who left his role as co-host of FS1’s “Undisputed” last summer and joined ESPN’s “First Take” in September 2023, boasted about his post-breakup success while also talking about his ex. He threw some shade at co-host Skip Bayless.
between his installments “Uncle and Ocho’s Nightcap” On his podcast with Chad Johnson, Sharpe spoke to the former Bengals receiver about being ghosted by an ex-girlfriend before taking the conversation in another direction.
“CBS let me go. I went on ‘Undisputed’ and got even bigger,” Sharp said. “‘Undisputed,’ let me go. Come on, look. Look. [subscribers].
“We got more subscribers than ‘Undisputed.’ Look at the talent they got over there, and we got a new podcast — and we got more subscribers than ‘Undisputed.’ I got more subscribers than anyone else I’ve ever had.
Then Mr. Sharp recalled an earlier conversation with his agent.
“I’m fine. I’m fine. I believe in myself,” he said. “I’m always going to be in the black…When something happened, I remember wanting a situation, and my agent said, ‘Hey, don’t worry, next contract, somebody’s going to give you will pay for what you have lost.”
“Ocho, I won’t budge, dude. It’s not the end of the world. I’m strong.”
Sharp seems to be fine without Bayless.

Sharpe’s podcast, “Club Shay Shay,” blew up after a recent interview with comedian Katt Williams and actress Monique went viral.
As of Thursday, he had 2.69 million YouTube subscribers, “Undisputed” had 2.59 million subscribers, and his interview with Williams had been viewed about 58 million times.
Sharp and Ochocinco’s “Nightcap” podcast has 991,000 subscribers.
The Post first reported that Sharpe would be leaving “Undisputed” in May of last year.
At the time, Sharpe spoke openly about his rocky relationship with Bayless, recalling that the two months leading up to his exit from Undisputed were a difficult time.
