Incarcerated Reality Star Todd Chrisley Says Prison Guards Removed MAGA Stickers From His Cell: REPORT

Incarcerated reality television star Todd Chrisley complained that prison guards removed MAGA stickers form his cell, and he’s asking Donald Trump to step in.

Chrisley’s attorney, Jay Surgent, claimed his client is being extremely mistreated while behind bars serving a 12-year sentence for tax evasion and defrauding community banks out of more than $30 million in fraudulent loans, according to TMZ. The reality star accused prison guards inside FPC Pensacola in Florida of mistreating him by entering his cell and purposely removing the MAGA sticker he had put on his chair. Surgent claimed other inmates have stickers on the chairs in their cells, but Chrisley’s was the only one that was removed, according to TMZ. Surgent told TMZ that his client believes guards have targeted him as a result of his pro-Trump stance, as well as him speaking out on conditions at the prison.

Surgent said Chrisley watched in silence as the guard removed the pro-Trump sticker, noting that he felt he’d face further retaliation if he spoke up about the matter.

The attorney said his client feels his prison cell is being “shaken down” by guards on a daily basis. The removal of the sticker was just one example of many mistreatments Chrisley has been forced to endure, according to the lawyer, who spoke to TMZ. The attorney claimed guards are flipping over Chrisley’s mattress, throwing his books on the floor and searching through his clothes, according to TMZ. The reality star claimed a guard once poured a Pepsi on his bed. Surgent said he believes Chrisley is being treated poorly because he put the spotlight on the conditions at FPC Pensacola. The facility is being shut down later in the year, according to TMZ.

Surgent said Chrisley is hoping for a pardon from Trump now that he has taken office and that the same could be arranged for his wife, Julie, who is currently locked up in the Federal Medical Center in Lexington, Kentucky, for the same crimes.

“Todd and his wife would like to be considered for pardon, but it will be up to President Trump to review their cases. Todd has faith he will be given due consideration, because he feels that he never received constitutional protections in a fair criminal justice system,” Surgent told TMZ.

The couple’s daughter, Savannah, spoke at the RNC in 2024 and raised concerns over the justice system and the prosecutors who went after her parents. (RELATED: Son Of Incarcerated Reality Star Todd Chrisley Reportedly Faces His Own Legal Woes In Suspected Bar Assault)

The Federal Bureau of Prisons declined to comment on the allegations made by Chrisley, but says they are “committed to ensuring the safety and security of the individuals in our custody, our employees, and the public,” according to TMZ.
