Wild Car Accident in Texas

Everything is bigger in Texas, and that includes car accidents.

Residents in Oakcliffe, a neighborhood in Dallas, witnessed a shocking incident when a car took off into the air after crashing into a roundabout median. To make matters scarier, this occurred near many homes.

This isn’t the first time I’ve come across footage of such incidents. There have been multiple occasions where vehicles have soared into the air after hitting roundabouts, often resulting in collisions with nearby houses.

The latest crash happened last Thursday, and the video captures the car speeding towards the median without slowing down. The sound of skidding tires was unmistakable before it launched off the median like a bug on a hot summer day!

According to reports from local news, the car sailed over to the opposite side of the roundabout, landed near the sidewalk, flipped, and ended up crashing through a house, igniting a fire in the process.

Thankfully, Dallas police reported no injuries from the accident. However, the driver received a citation for not having a license.

Neighbors have expressed ongoing concerns about traffic safety at this roundabout, highlighting how precarious the situation has become.

It’s similar to the chaotic accounts I’ve heard recently about car accidents in other contexts. It certainly makes you think twice.
