The Indiana mom was sentenced to four years in prison for pretending to stay away from her child while running her 8-year-old daughter.
Jasmine White, 27, was sentenced Friday after pleading guilty to a child negligence in a nearby game, leaving his daughter with serious head injuries. WNDU reported.
White routinely races her child into the car to close the door and pretends to leave them behind, another daughter, just six years old, told police.
The mom drove up to 20 miles on August 29 last year, and was previously reported as her 8-year-old daughter was still at the wheel of the car's door.
The 8-year-old's feet were pinched under the rear tires of her mother's car, pulling her down and slamming her onto the ground, as several brothers were watching in horror. WNDU was previously reported.
The girl was left in critical condition with a skull and orbital fracture, various abrasions, and a large facial tear that exposed a portion of the front of the skull. She also lost five teeth, the outlet reported.
The doctor was able to stabilize the girl and she was discharged from the hospital a few days later.

White initially pleaded not guilty to the charges, but in January he reached a plea bargain.
She served four years at St. Joseph's County Jail, where she will be on two years of work release and probation.
