BOSTON – Pioneering landlord Jordon Hudson is charging the best dollars for her $8 million luxury Boston Real Estate Empire apartment.
And her tenants were gobsmacked to find out that their rent checks would go to the 24-year-old girlfriend of patriot legend Bill Belichick.
“I was scrolling through the X and looking at our home in the headline. I was like hell,” Andrew Nelson, 26, told the Post Thursday.
“We were shocked,” he said of the revelation this week.
“I've lived here for two years and have never seen her.”
Nelson, who works for Draft Kings, and his 26-year-old accountant roommate Declan O'Brien, will pay $4,700 a month for a newly renovated four-bed unit in a third-floor townhouse that Hudson purchased in a promising neighborhood for $2.2 million in 2023.
That year she also dropped $2.3 million at another Dorchester Townhouse, $3 million for one in Roxbury, and $610,000 at a Cape Cod cottage, which is currently undergoing full renovations, records say. Reviewed by Realtor.com.
About 18 months before their purchase, the daughter of a fisherman and a sex shop manager in Provincetown met Belichick, who was worth an estimated $200 million at the age of 73 on a flight from Boston to Florida.
It remains unclear exactly when they began dating.
Nelson and his roommates were watching baseball when the post stopped by, with their walls decorated with dirtboards and sports, but were by their side to find the front and center of their homes on Wednesday after seeing the Hudson Holdings headline.
“I'm shocked that she owns this property,” Nelson said. “We didn't even know she was in this house.”
The apartment features an open plan kitchen with a marble countertop open in the living room with a bay window.
The hardwood floor continued down the hall and into the bedroom, with the Boston brothers struggling with Christmas lights around the television.
The other two apartments in the building are also filled with people in their 20s, they said, adding that they are well maintained and managed by Boston real estate advisors.
The story is the same in other Boston buildings in Hudson. It is generally a well-managed home filled with unconscious tenants at her age.
“I don't know that she's 24 years old and owns this property,” Dominic Fantoni said.
His response was when he informed him who his landlord was, “That's insane. Holy crap.”
“She's only three years older than me,” he said.
“I'm 21 and we all struggle to pay rent. I wonder how she got into it all,” said Dominic, a student from Boston, splitting the rent for a seven-bedroom apartment, which cost $9,100 a month.
At other Dorchester properties in Hudson, two roommates split up $4,900 a month, making them equally confused.
“How does she have her real estate? Isn't she 24?” said one of the tenants.
News of the Wind Fall of Hudson's Real Estate broke a few days after a question about her frowned, rooted attitude and how much hold she has for her 49-year-old senior, Beau.
During that interview, Hudson sat right off camera and made numerous mistakes to stop the conversation and redirect.
The final cut included one interruption. And when Belichick was asked about how the couple met, he caught Hudson stopping everything.
Her tenant is one of the skeptics of the situation.
“She seems to be in control,” Fantoni said. He called the whole situation between the legend and his landlord “strange.”
“I love him. He's like God to us. I don't like what he's doing now. He's dating someone 40 years younger than him. That's very strange to me,” he said.
Back in Dorchester, Nelson called the CBS interview “confusing.”
But her neighbor, Tina Hudson, 37, believes that Hudson knows exactly what she's doing.
“With all the money he has, she's smart,” she said.
