“Yo, close f-k, man. Shut down f-k. What's wrong with F-K?” said former Connecticut star Brown.

“All mother hookers. I'm tired of all ya motherf-ker. Shut down f-k. F-K is wrong in ya. We're here in one F-King About the goal, that's what we win. We're all here to each other. We don't have time for that bull.”

Pitino publicly criticized Wilcher at the time and apologized to Butler. He thought about suspending the talented guards, but disagreed.

Pitino then said he asked the team, but he felt it wasn't worth stopping.

There were people screaming at Wilcher to score from behind St. John's bench, but he first appeared to be about to dribble the clock before attempting a dunk.
