It’s party-time!
Tristan Thompson hosted a party for his youngest brother Amari’s 18th birthday on Saturday, which was also attended by his ex-wife Khloe Kardashian.
According to social media posts shared by the ex-lovers on Instagram, the teenager enjoyed a lovely time at the Cleveland Cavaliers star’s home in Hidden Hills, California.
The outdoor pool area was decorated with silver balloons that read “Happy Birthday, Amari,” the number 18 and balloons of various shades of blue.
Among the cups, glasses, plates and cups were light blue silverware decorated with green, pink, gold and blue stars.
Guests dined on fruit trays filled with watermelon, kiwi, grapes, strawberries, blueberries, pineapple and more, created by Boujie Boards, as well as trays filled with a variety of candies and cookies.
Amari also had a round cake decorated with green and white icing and strawberries and blueberries.
Amari, who has epilepsy, posed in separate photos with Thompson, 33, and Kardashian, 40. She also posed with Kim Kardashian, Kris Jenner, and the Kardashian/Jenner kids, including Stormi, 6, True, 6, North, 11, Saint, 8, Penelope, 12, Tatum, 2, and Sarm, 5.
Chloe posted a birthday message to Amari on Instagram, along with photos of the pair through the years.
“Happy 18th birthday to my sweet angel Amari!! I can’t believe you’re 18! You have changed our lives in the best way!” The Good American co-founder wrote:.
“Thank you for being an angel to us all! You are the sweetest, most playful and most loving young man. I hope you can feel how much we love and adore you, our sweet angel Amari 💙.”
Tristan also showed his love for his brother on his own pages.
“Happy birthday Amari! Turning 18! We are so happy and so blessed for all the blessings you have brought into our lives! You are always a ray of light! I love you so much and am so blessed to be your brother.” He wrote.
Tristan became Amari’s legal guardian in February after her mother, Andrea Thompson, died of a heart attack in January 2023.
The NBA champions first filed for interim conservatorship of Amari in September 2023, claiming that his father, Trevor Thompson, has not been involved in Amari’s upbringing since 2014.
Tristan was given authority to manage his brother’s assets, including a $103,475 inheritance from their late mother, to travel with his brother domestically and internationally, and to make living arrangements.
