“It’s time for him to face the consequences of his actions.”
Hudson received multiple police summonses in January, February and March for noise coming from his modified exhaust system.
Residents have complained about the nuisance to police and to a local forum on Reddit, where Hudson is known as the “Belltown Hellcat.” Police officers who spoke with him said he admitted to making significant amounts of money from posting on his social media accounts.
“I asked Hudson why he didn’t just go to the race track and use the car.” board member The police report states: “He stated that he had ‘approximately 700,000 followers’ on social media and was able to purchase the car with the money he made by filming himself riding in his car on the street.”
Hudson also said he plans to make a career out of his social media posts.

City Attorney Ann Davison blasted Hudson in a statement about the lawsuit.

At one point, his mother told authorities he no longer had access to his car, but that turned out to be untrue as he continued his lawless behavior.
He faces a fine of $1,300 per day if he fails to comply, and is reportedly already owing $83,200 in back debt. He has pleaded not guilty and is due to appear in court on June 12.
Residents hope that Hudson will refrain from driving nuisance vehicles.
