Iowa Entrance Poll: 68% Believe Biden Didn’t Legitimately Win Election

68% of Iowa caucus attendees don't believe President Joe Biden legitimately won the 2020 election, while 30% think he won legitimately, according to a CNN poll on Monday evening. This was revealed through an investigation.

The poll also asked respondents whether former President Donald Trump would be fit to be president even if convicted. 64% said yes and 34% said no.

The top issue for Republican caucus participants was immigration (40%), followed by the economy (35%), foreign policy (11%) and abortion (11%).

According to a CNN poll, Trump was the early winner among Republicans who caucused, winning 53% of the votes. Florida Governor Ron DeSantis (Republican) came in second with 21%. Former South Carolina Governor Nikki Haley had 18%, followed by anti-woke businessman Vivek Ramaswamy with 7%.

poll sampled 311 Republicans caucus in 45 states. Caucus locations vary within a 3-point margin of error.

CNN explained the value of admissions polling:

Admission polls are a valuable tool to help you understand the demographic profile and political views of your caucus attendees. However, like all surveys, admissions polls are estimates, not accurate measurements of voters.

This is especially true for preliminary admissions poll numbers, which have not yet reflected the opinions of those arriving later and have not been weighted to match the final results of the caucuses. More enthusiastic and committed caucusgoers tend to show up earlier in the night and may not fully represent the views of the electorate as a whole.
