Is Virginity a ‘Made-Up Concept’? Planned Parenthood Video Says Yes

Planned Parenthood recently posted a sex education video on social media platforms claiming that virginity is a “completely made-up concept.”

Video titled “”What is a virgin?? The film features a woman dressed as a teacher in a classroom, claiming that virginity is “simply created to control and humiliate people” and is discriminatory against people who are not straight. ing.

Women criticized virginity as “gross” because “sex means different things to different people”.

“But where does that definition leave queer people?” she asked, adding that there are different types of sexual acts.

Rather than following “toxic” myths surrounding sex and virginity, the woman said sex is ultimately defined by the individual, regardless of their sexual experience.

“That’s the beauty of your sexual journey. You’re in charge and you can figure it out on your own terms. The choices about when, what kind, where, and with whom you have sex are yours alone. can decide,” she concluded.
