Miami Social Media Star Sues Colombian Singer Over Alleged Leak of Explicit Video
A prominent figure in Miami’s social media scene is reportedly suing Colombian pop artist Ex, claiming he leaked a graphic sex tape of them together.
The singer’s response has sparked controversy. He insists he is innocent, asserting that he is too well-known to concern himself with such scandals.
Isabella Ladella, 26, filed the lawsuit against Beele, a 23-year-old from Miami-Dade County, on Monday. She accused him of disseminating an explicit video of the former couple that quickly gained traction online.
“The video went viral, and for Ladella, it felt as if the Earth had stopped,” her lawsuit states. She described the shock of discovering the leak on September 7th.
Ladella, who boasts an impressive following of 6.5 million on Instagram and another 5.6 million on TikTok, claims that only she and Beele had access to the explicit footage.
She argues that since she deleted it and never shared it with anyone, he must be the source of the leak.
“I am extremely devastated. An intimate moment was shared without my consent, and it represents one of the most painful betrayals I’ve ever faced,” she posted on Instagram. “The video showed just my hands and the other person’s hands.”
However, Beele, whose real name is Brandon de Jess Lopez Orozco, flatly denied the claims. He expressed that he wouldn’t seek the attention associated with such tapes.
“His artistic career and fame eliminate the need for such incidents,” his lawyer stated in a now-deleted post. “We firmly reject the circulation of intimate videos that invade the privacy of individuals involved,” the lawyer added.
The lawsuit notes that the couple ended their relationship in 2023 after dating for some time. It mentions that they filmed intimate moments at Beele’s request.
“Ladella never expected these personal videos would end up being shared widely,” the lawsuit indicates.
In May 2024, while they were still together, she asked Beele to delete the video, but he reportedly refused, leading her to question his trustworthiness.
Their relationship soured the following year, with claims that he shared images on social media despite being married at the time. They ultimately split by March 2025.
Two months later, Ladella alleges that she was approached by individuals warning her about screenshots of the sex tape being circulated, along with potential plans to release the full video. She contacted Beele’s management, believing the matter had been resolved.
“The only person who knew about the videos, Beele, made his intentions clear by refusing to delete them,” her lawsuit asserts.
“His inability to erase the video, combined with the ease of accessing it on his phone, implies that he is the source of the leak.”
Ladella is seeking damages for invasion of privacy, sexual cyber harassment, and other claims, and has made social media posts accusing Beele of “violence against women.”
She expressed that he sought to undermine her in the “lowest way possible.”
“This act not only invaded my privacy but also attacked my dignity and caused me immense pain,” she stated. “I will not be ashamed in this situation—the shame belongs to those who betrayed me. I am here, standing strong for myself, my family, and for all women who have endured similar experiences.”
Attempts to reach Beele for comment were unsuccessful.
