Israel launched a predicted retaliatory attack against Iran on Friday morning, according to reports.
Israeli missiles hit at least one location in Iran, and several explosions were heard across the country. ABC News reportedsaid a US official.
The attack follows Iran raining down more than 300 drones and missiles on the Jewish state last Saturday, nearly all of which were intercepted by Israel and its allies.
The newspaper has contacted the Pentagon and the White House for comment.
Iranian media reported explosions in and around the northwestern city of Isfahan. According to CNN.
The newspaper said at least eight flights bypassed Iranian airspace.
