CNN political commentator Paul Begala said Friday on CNN's “The Read” that he hopes the Supreme Court will allow former President Donald Trump to vote in every state.
Citing Section 3 of the 14th Amendment, the Supreme Court announced it would hear arguments over whether Trump's name can appear on primary election ballots in Maine and Colorado.
