The 25th Amendment makes it clear that if a majority of the president’s cabinet deems the president unfit to serve as president, the vice president must assume office.
In the wake of Robert Hur’s bombshell report concluding that President Joe Biden knowingly kept and released classified military and national security information, many Americans believe the 25th Amendment will be invoked. I believe the time has come.
The report describes Biden as a “sympathetic and well-meaning older man with a poor memory.” The report also claimed that “it would be difficult to persuade a jury to convict.”
The president is not expected to be indicted following a year-long investigation into his handling of classified documents revealed to a ghostwriter for his memoir.
Pat Gray, Keith Marinak, and Jeffery are several Americans who believe this report and subsequent disastrous press conference will be enough to oust Biden from the presidency.
“This is a big problem for them, because the only way for them to win this fight is to put him in front of the press, and that works against them,” Jeffy tells Pat and Keith.
Biden appeared to be in complete denial, telling reporters that he remains “the most qualified person in this country to be president of the United States.”
“That was clearly a joke,” Gray commented, adding, “It was a very funny moment.”
