Ivanka Trump recently took a moment to remember her late mother, Ivana Trump, nearly three years after sharing some childhood memories of her.
“Today, I cherish the lovely memories of my mother, Ivana. Her strength, humor, and love guide me every day,” she expressed in an Instagram post on Sunday.
She mentioned feeling her mother’s presence often, especially in moments when she is with her own children.
Ivanka also expressed gratitude toward her grandmother, Babi, who she described as a source of wisdom, grace, and unwavering love.
“Her quiet strength is a true gift to all of us, and I really value the connection she has with my kids,” Ivanka reflected.
Ending the heartfelt tribute, she thanked all mothers for their dedication to their families.
Along with her tribute, Ivanka shared several photos, showcasing moments with Ivana throughout the years, including some with her grandchildren.
She wrapped up her post with pictures of herself with her husband, Jared Kushner, and their three children, Joseph, Theodore, and her eldest, aged 13.
Ivana Trump passed away on July 14, 2022, due to an unfortunate fall at her home in New York City. She was 73 years old.
An autopsy indicated that her death was accidental, caused by a “blunt force injury” from the fall.
Her ex-husband, Donald Trump, reflected on her passing, describing her as “a wonderful, beautiful, amazing woman” and noted that she found true joy in her three children.
Donald and Ivana were married from 1977 until their divorce in 1990.
