J6 Officer Relishes In Fantasy About Dying In Shootout With Trump Agents

On January 6, the police officer and former liberal celebrity entertained fantasies of dying in a shootout with federal agents while speaking to The Washington Post for a profile published on November 6.

Michael Fanone, former CNN contributor, Washington, D.C., Metropolitan Police Department police officer and something of a folk hero to MSNBC-addicted liberals, was assaulted during the January 6, 2021 Capitol riot. . He later testified before the special committee on January 6, calling the rioters “terrorists.” Liberals have long hailed Fanone as a hero, a staunch defender of democracy and a celebrity of the resistance. But in reality, he's just Schmendrick It is being used as a political pawn by the Democratic Party. (Stream the Daily Caller documentary “Lawless” here)

What is Fanone doing now? CNN did not renew his contract, and Harris-Waltz's campaign did not use him as an agent. Maybe it's because no one cares about January 6th anymore, let alone what he says about it. Fanone, a true dissident, is holed up in the hinterlands, crushing Japanese beer, and awaiting martyrdom. WaPo's opening Profile that emerges:

IN THE BLUE RIDGE MOUNTAIN — Michael Fanone jumped off the couch and stumbled. I headed to the fridge and pulled out my fifth (sixth?) beer. He glanced at the television, took a sip of Sapporo beer, and offered his first thoughts on Donald Trump's second term as president.

“You'd better be armed.”

His tone was somehow both furious and calm at the same time. He saw this coming, and on Tuesday night some people from America began arriving where he had already lived for the past 46 months. “I didn't vote for that mother, and I fought tooth and nail to prevent this day from happening.”

As Raw Story first reported, he knew about more than 300 “deep state” enemies that President Trump's self-proclaimed “retribution chief” had put together on a target list. Fanone said she saw her name on it. If President Trump wants to see him in prison, he might as well be killed in a gunfight. “I'm going to die here, at home,” he said. “I'm not going to participate in a military tribunal like 'The Apprentice.'” Fanone said he's not a “weirdo in the making” and is concerned about how law enforcement can be used as a weapon against people. “And I fully expect that to be the case.''

Whoa, whoa, whoa, buddy. Why not let go of your sources and self-esteem for a moment? I understand that you've fallen far from the glorious map of D.C. to the unrelated location of the Blue Ridge Mountains, but let's backtrack a bit. You're starting to sound like a character in a BlueAnon porn novel written by Nicole Wallace under a pseudonym.

Off-the-grid, prepper Fannone reminds me of Last Cohle from the HBO show “True Detective.” An outcast, slightly paranoid, shocking beer. However, Fannone isn't as complex as Matthew McConaughey. he wishes it were complicated, mysterious and dark.

It seems as if Fanone has made a new discovery. He went from cop to cable news celebrity to self-parody prepper in a matter of years. Let's see how long it lasts. I wouldn't be shocked if he came out of the picture for the 2026 midterm elections. Perhaps running for Congress? That is if he survives President Trump's broad daylight confrontation with the Gestapo.
