When Tiger Bech died in a New Orleans terrorist attack in January, his brother Jack tried to live his NFL dreams for both of them.
This dream came to light when he was selected by the Las Vegas Raiders on Thursday night in Green Bay, Wisconsin, late in Round 2 and late in Round 59 in the 2025 NFL Drat.
Beck’s brother Tiger was unexpectedly killed in an infamous terrorist truck attack on Bourbon Street in New Orleans before the Sugar Bowl.
Jack Bech, who attended the TCU, has a tattoo honoring his brother Tiger, and says the Raiders will draft him with Spirit, a former Princeton wide receiver.
“This is one of the best moments ever,” Bech said on the ABC broadcast of the NFL Draft. “As I’ve said, it’s two for one guy and they get me, they get Tiger, too. It’s a dream come true.

Enjoying a 1,000-yard season with a horned frog, Baek continued to remember his brother on the air.
“I remember him passing away, he [would tell me] One thing for me to keep me ready,” recalls Bech. “Pressing and keeping. He took me to new heights. He brought me places I didn’t know I could go.
“When you know, when you know, late at night, early in the morning, he will continue to take me more and more farther away, and I will devote my entire career to him.”
Bech caught 62 passes for 1,034 yards and nine touchdowns in TCU last season.
Before transferring to school in 2023, Bech played two seasons at LSU.
