Kansas prosecutors on Tuesday filed a motion to dismiss three felony aggravated sexual assault charges against Jackson Mahomes, the brother of Kansas City Chiefs star Patrick Mahomes.
According to FOX 4 KC, a Johnson County judge still has to approve the motion, and if it passes, Mahomes will only be left with a misdemeanor charge.
