Jake Paul puts Mike Tyson on his shoulders during inaugural ball

Jake Paul and Mike Tyson were once rivals in the ring, but they appeared to be best friends Monday night as they celebrated President Trump's inauguration.

A Starlight Ball video showed Tyson riding on Paul's shoulders at one point during the festival. Both boxers appeared to be having a good time with other revelers as Trump was sworn in as the 47th president of the United States.

“Today is about unity on all fronts. Fists down, unity strengthened. It's an honor to be here. God bless America,” Paul wrote.

He added: “Any American who does not support Mr. Trump after this speech simply hates America and does not want what is best for this country and the world.”

Tyson supported Trump during the 2016 election campaign. Their relationship dates back to when Trump ran a casino in Atlantic City, New Jersey, and Tyson was at the height of his boxing career.
