Jake Paul's girlfriend Jutta Lierdam said Friday's megafight against legendary boxer Mike Tyson was “bigger than the Super Bowl.”
Olympic speed skater praised Paul for performing new record-breaking event Netflix said Her Instagram has the highest number of concurrent streams, reaching 65 million.
“We filled AT&T Stadium and brought down Netflix with the legend @miketyson 🩵 We've only been in this sport for a few years and we just made it the biggest event yet.” reeldom wrote. “People can say what they want, but people saw it and it broke records. It's bigger than the Super Bowl.
“You continue to show me and the world that it is possible to dream big and make it come true. @jakepaul I am so proud of you. You inspire me and so many others to think big. And if you work hard and believe in it, you can make it happen 🦋🩵.”
Leadam shared on Instagram that she and Paul's parents attended the eight-round heavyweight bout at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas.
The couple and their families gathered in the ring after Paul, 27, defeated Tyson, 58, by unanimous decision.
Paul and Leah Adam, who announced their romance on Instagram in April 2023, kissed in the ring while surrounded by photographers.
The pair were first reported to be dating in March 2023, after Paul and his ex-girlfriend, model Julia Rose, broke up.
Paul improved to 11-1 in his professional fighting career, while Tyson fell to 50-7.
After the fight, the YouTube personality bowed to Tyson, who returned from retirement on Friday to fight for the first time in nearly 20 years.
The Tyson vs. Paul match was considered by many to be a huge flop, despite drawing record numbers of viewers.
Tyson was slow and looked gassed early in the match.
Tyson then revealed in June that he almost died.
“This is one of those lose-win situations.” he wrote At X. “Thank you for last night. I have no regrets about stepping into the ring one last time. I almost died in June.

“I had eight blood transfusions. I lost half my blood and 25 pounds in the hospital and had to fight to get healthy enough to fight, so I won. A packed Dallas Cowboys stadium. Having my kids watch me stand toe-to-toe and go through eight rounds with a talented fighter half my age is an experience that no one should have the right to ask for.
Tyson's former trainer, Jeff Fenech, said he has spoken to Tyson numerous times since his loss to Paul and that the former heavyweight world champion is still interested in fighting again.
However, Fenech advised Tyson against it as he had nothing left to prove.
