Jalen Brunson makes Knicks return after injury scare

The Knicks will have their superstar back on the court on Thursday.

Jalen Brunson will play against the Warriors at Madison Square Garden, the team announced.

The All-Star point guard missed Tuesday’s loss to the Pelicans due to neck spasms.

The Knicks announced the injury during Monday’s game against the Pistons.

“He got some hits in the game. When he woke up this morning, he was having cramps,” Tom Thibodeau said of Brunson before the New Orleans game. “He’s been trying and going through a lot of treatments and stuff, so we tried to check on him and he didn’t feel good.”

The news came after Thibodeau told reporters that OG Anunoby had been cleared to return to court for non-contact work.
