Giants’ Schedule Announcement with Jameis Winston

Winston brought a fun twist to the reveal at Hudson Yards, engaging fans by encouraging them to guess the Giants’ opponents based on his drawings on a whiteboard. Quite creative, right?

There were some amusing moments caught on video, like a fan off-camera trying to snap a photo with Winston while donning a Jets jersey. Winston, with his charm, quipped, “You’re wearing a Jets jersey. It’s not like I don’t take pictures with Jets fans,” which I found pretty funny.

In the background, another fan urged him to ditch the Jets gear. It’s fascinating how passionate people get about these team rivalries.

At one point, a fan declared himself the ultimate Pictionary champion, but his guess missed the mark when he thought Winston was illustrating a chopped cheese sandwich. In reality, he was drawing the classic Philadelphia cheesesteak, which I suppose is a common mix-up, maybe?

In a light-hearted moment at the end, a young fan asked Winston about his art class grades, and he proudly replied, “I got a 100.” Kids say the darndest things, don’t they?

Winston, who is 32, is gearing up for his second year with the Giants after signing a two-year deal last offseason. It seems he’s made quite an impact during his time there.

On top of that, as Winston’s media presence grows, he’s diving into opportunities beyond football. Recently, he participated in Netflix’s broadcast for the MLB’s season opening night, and he’s set to be a special correspondent for the 2026 World Cup. Quite the busy guy!
