A man armed with a knife was involved in a stabbing incident in Massachusetts on Saturday evening. Police believe the same suspect is responsible for two other stabbings, including an attack on a young girl at a movie theater. Police sources say the suspect is also connected to a murder in Connecticut.
On Saturday at approximately 6pm, a man entered an AMC movie theater in Braintree, Massachusetts, where he allegedly walked past the ticket booth and entered one of the theaters without paying.

After fleeing the theater, the suspects allegedly drove more than 30 miles to Plymouth, Massachusetts.
At approximately 7:04 p.m., police received a 911 call reporting that two people had been stabbed at a McDonald’s in Plymouth. Inside the fast-food restaurant were a 21-year-old woman and a 29-year-old man with stab wounds, police said. press release Massachusetts State Police were contacted. The victim was transported to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
“A vehicle matching this description has been reported to have been involved in a similar assault in Plymouth,” Braintree Police Station said.

The suspect was pursued by Massachusetts State Police, crashed his vehicle and was taken into custody.
He was eventually arrested in Sandwich, Massachusetts, about 50 miles from the AMC theater.
The suspect was transported to a nearby hospital for treatment of injuries sustained in the traffic accident.
“Preliminary investigation indicates this may be related to an incident that occurred at a movie theater in Braintree in which four minors sustained non-life-threatening injuries,” Massachusetts State Police said in a statement.

Connecticut State Police said officers responded to a “disturbance” Saturday afternoon and found a “dead person.” Police did not release the identity of the person who died.
