JASON CHAFFETZ: Democrats have a major problem and they can’t fake their way out of it

newYou can listen to Fox's news articles!

After an election in which voters overwhelmingly rejected Vice President Kamala Harris' fake capabilities and President Joe Biden's fake clarity, Democrats chose to double the fakes.

Choreographed dance videos, duplicate social media posts, unnatural city hall protesters, and sudden new aversion to zero-emission vehicles all scream dishonesty. There's nothing genuine about it.

This week, the devastating split screen went viral, featuring the former faces of Senators Schumer, Warren and Booker. The word (the author's unknown) symbolized the lack of authenticity that plagued the frail party.

No one buys what the Democrats sell. It's all fake. The anger over some of Trump's most popular policies is false. The juxtaposition of helpless Democrats against the current Trump administration's fierce pace doesn't give them a favor.

Voters can see Democrats have a humiliation while Trump and Vance have fun. The contrast is harsh. The progressive left seems to be losing their hearts and shaking with false tears of rage as the president and vice president look ridiculous for the words of the media and protesters.

Democrats aren't cool fakes.

The reality is that their leaders are childish, dishonest and hopeless, not to mention old, tired, gross and not in full contact. Who could relate to Schumer, Sanders, Durbin, Warren, etc?

Meanwhile, their protesters have lost their conspiracy and project embraces of violence, lawlessness and government corruption. The party does not provide homes to traditional liberal Democrats, working-class people, privacy advocates, anti-war leftists, or Jews supporting Israel.

Their carefully curated and choreographed messaging doesn't resemble the urgent demands of a year ago. Perhaps the Democrats were all about electric vehicles. There's no more.

Remember Transport Secretary Pete Buttigieg administered billions of dollars to build a network of national power charging stations? (The Americans got nothing for this bondoggle.) Democrats advocated laws that would eliminate gas-powered vehicles in favor of electric vehicles. AOC personally bought a Tesla.

Now the message is reversed. Alas, their loyalty to electric cars was also fake. Teslas is getting worse now. It's good to protest and destroy them. Chaos is fine when you do it.

Democrat women in the Congressional joint sessions theoretically wore pink to support women, but they couldn't define what women were, or rule out or support men from participating in women's sports. The fake support of women collapses when they actually have to stand up for women.

When President Trump tried to talk about America's golden age that night, Democrats couldn't gather the power to praise. They fail to confront the young cancer fighter, the man who fulfills his dream of attending West Point, the victim of a woman with a deep false bullying push, or the 95-year-old mother who has returned since her son was taken into custody in Russia. Who are the Democrats really fighting in their “resistance” movement?

In 2024, they defended censorship to address “misinformation” on social media. Now they are deeply concerned with the freedom of speech of supporters of Hamas, a terrorist organization designated in the US soil. Videos of Democrats who previously criticized waste, fraud and abuse are now fighting to run gravy trains. We can all see that they did 180 from the opposition to waste defense. The duplication is not lost to anyone.

Away from the presidential election, where he pretended to love Kamala Harris, who could not tie the real writing together, these latest antics exuded dishonestness.

In contrast, Trump, who is eagerly diving into the White House tour, has been openly interacting with the media almost daily, working on McDonald's drive-thru windows and sharing irreverent memes on social media. It's not even a fair fight. Donald Trump isn't himself.

Voters end the Democratic choreography and curated leadership model. Their consultants are part of their family and they've become rich, but their efforts to rebuild and refresh their parties have been backwards.

The party's premise was based on wars of divisions and classes. It wasn't exactly about principles that made our country wonderful.

I don't give advice to the Democrats. As long as they continue to do what they are doing, the republic may be safe from their fake leadership.
