Jaylen Brown seems to touch Josh Hart in a tense moment between the Knicks and Celtics.

Jaylen Brown’s ball handling appears to be in good shape.

During the early moments of the second half of Game 5 at TD Garden on Wednesday night, the Celtics star seemed to grab Josh Hart in a sensitive area while maneuvering to avoid a pick.

In response, Hart pushed Brown in what turned into a heated exchange, resulting in both players receiving technical fouls.

The tension escalated quickly. Before pulling ahead for a 127-102 victory that kept their season alive and forced a Game 6 at Madison Square Garden, Brown and the Celtics discovered that the Knicks would be a tough opponent.

Hart topped the Knicks with 24 points and 7 rebounds, while Brown contributed 26 points, 12 assists, and 8 rebounds.

Physicality surged early on, with Brown ending up on the court after taking a clear elbow from Jalen Branson.

Hart, meanwhile, continued to play despite bleeding.
