Collie Bowman, Vice President of Vice President JD Vans, has announced that he is running for Mayor Cincinnati.
Bowman, a pastor, a coffee shop owner, and a registered Republican member, revealed his candidate in an interview published by Cincinnati Enkirer on Tuesday.
The last Republican member, who ran for Mayor Cincinnati, was in the Bloodwen Strap in 2009. Wenstrap later ran for US seats.
Cincinnati has been operated by nine democratic councils since the Republican Liz Keating was voted in 2023.

According to newspapers, eight filed a petition to run for Mayor Cincinnati. The deadline for submitting the 500 signatures required for voting is February 20.

“It was a great childhood,” Collie Bowman told his EN QUIRER in his life. “We learned those foundations as a child, but there was always something about the city that seducted me.”
Vance's mother changed his name from James Donald Bowman to James David Hamel when she remarried. He later took his grandfather's surname, Vance.
Bowman also owns Kings Arms Coffee at the western end of Cincinnati. “My heart fell in love with it,” he said.
He lives in the College Hill district of Cincinnati.
Vance has not yet shown his weight of his half brother campaign.
