Ghislaine Maxwell's London townhouse, where Britain's Prince Andrew allegedly posed with his arm around the waist of an underage Jeffrey Epstein accuser in 2001, is on the market again.

Maxwell, 63, sold it for the equivalent of about $2.1 million in 2021 to help pay for her defense in the US sex trafficking trial in which Epstein was found guilty of aiding and abetting a crime.

The three-bedroom, three-story home is currently on the market for the equivalent of about $3.96 million, according to London real estate site Chestertons.

Although the exterior is modest, the interior has been newly renovated and is described as “charming.”

The house is located in London's exclusive Belgravia district, opposite the Nag's Head pub and near the luxury Pantechnicon complex.

In the US lawsuit, Epstein's accuser Virginia Giuffre claimed that she met Andrew at the Trump nightclub in London before being forced to perform sex acts inside Maxwell's home.

He agreed to pay Ms Giuffre an undisclosed settlement in 2022 and donate it to her charity for crime victims.

Maxwell was originally from the United Kingdom and fled to the United States, where he allegedly procured underage victims for Epstein to sexually abuse.
