friend Star Jennifer Aniston has established herself as the patron saint of childfree cat ladies and entered the race after mainstream news media dug up old comments made by vice presidential candidate J.D. Vance about Kamala Harris.
But in doing so, the Hollywood star also ended up spreading fake news about Vance’s stance on IVF.
In defending the Cat Lady, Jennifer Aniston falsely claimed that J.D. Vance was trying to take away women’s access to IVF.
“All I can say is… Vance, I hope your daughter is fortunate enough to have her own child one day,” Aniston wrote on Instagram. “I hope she never has to resort to IVF as you are now trying to take that option away from her as well.”
But Vance voiced his support for IVF in a February interview with local NBC affiliate WCMH-TV, saying he, Trump and “almost every Republican I know are in favor of fertility treatment.”
“I believe that babies are good, families are good,” Vance said, “and I want fertility treatment to be as accessible as possible. I think 99 percent of people would agree with me, whether they’re Democrats, Republicans or moderates.”
Washington Examiner teeth Correct first Aniston’s false claims about Vance.
Jennifer Aniston has spoken publicly about the difficulties she had in having children naturally while married to actor Brad Pitt, adding that she wishes someone had told her to freeze her eggs when she was younger, Breitbart News reported.
