Jennifer Lopez filed for divorce from Ben Affleck in Los Angeles County Court on Tuesday, citing “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for the separation, according to documents obtained by Fox News Digital.

The “Love Don’t Cost a Thing” singer lists the separation date as April 26. According to court documents, Lopez also said that neither she nor Affleck want to receive spousal support.

Lopez filed for divorce on the second anniversary of their Georgia wedding.

Affleck, 52, and Lopez, 55, said “I do” for the first time in 2022 during a surprise wedding in Las Vegas.

Court documents at the time noted that Lopez, listed as “Party 2,” requested a “new name” on her marriage certificate application. The application was initially accepted on Tuesday, July 16, and filed with the Clark County Clerk’s Office the next day.

Affleck is listed as “Party 1” in the documents and his full name is recorded as “Benjamin Geza Affleck.” The singer has legally taken her husband’s last name and changed her name to “Jennifer Lynn Affleck.”

Jennifer Garner looked equally sweet in a sequined dress and smiled at the Grammy Awards with husband Ben Affleck, who wore a classic tuxedo.

A month after their Las Vegas wedding, the newlyweds wed in a ceremony attended by friends and family in the backyard of the $8 million Georgia mansion that Affleck bought when their relationship began 20 years ago.

Standing beside them as they read their wedding vows were only four people: Lopez’s twins Max and Emme, who she has with ex-wife Marc Anthony, and Affleck’s three children Violet, Seraphina and Sam, who he has with ex-wife Jennifer Garner.
