“Ben and I broke up three days before the wedding,” Lopez revealed. “The pressure is crushing me. I think we all go through life thinking, ‘It’s okay. I’ve been through this before.’ If you’re like me, you just shake off that pressure and do your best.” I just do what I have to do.”

Affleck further spoke about learning to compromise.

“We got back together and I said, ‘Listen, one thing I don’t want is a relationship on social media,'” he said in the documentary. “Then I realized it wasn’t a fair thing to ask. It’s like saying, ‘Well, I don’t like water,’ when you’re going to marry a captain.” Just two people with an approach and trying to learn to compromise. ”

Last week, Lena Marsac — The relationship coach and therapist urged her audience to be “kind” after Lopez liked a post about unhealthy relationships.

The post, published on March 19, states that “You cannot have a healthy relationship with someone who lacks honesty, emotional safety, doesn’t respect your time/doesn’t think it’s important to return calls/texts within a reasonable frame…lacks effective communication skills…doesn’t know who they are or what they want.”

“Please be kind to Jennifer Lopez. She’s a human being too. I don’t know if they’re going to get divorced,” Marsak said in an Instagram Story video. “I hope that doesn’t happen, but please.”
