Jennifer Lopez Becomes Zen Diamond’s Global Ambassador
Jennifer Lopez, having worn six engagement rings throughout her life, is stepping into a new role as the face of jewelry brand Zen Diamond. It seems, perhaps, that her experiences have made her somewhat of an expert in the field.
The four-time divorcée is reportedly being paid $10 million for this endorsement deal, which some sources consider rather modest for someone of her stature. “She used to command much larger fees—20, 30, even 50 million in some cases. So, honestly, I was a bit surprised,” a source shared, emphasizing that the amount feels low for her.
Lopez appears in a bridal off-the-shoulder dress, proudly showcasing an engagement ring as the brand’s new global ambassador. She’s prominently featured in their latest Black Friday campaign.
Interestingly, in her personal life, Lopez is currently single following her divorce from Ben Affleck in 2024.
“She seems eager to remain relevant and, well, youthful. It’s not that she needs the money,” the source continued. “It feels like J. Lo is at a point where she’s willing to do whatever it takes to stay in the headlines.”
Recently, Lopez even took a new direction by performing at a billionaire’s wedding in India, where reports suggest she earned an additional $2 million.
“She’s not doing this out of desperation. She thrives on being in the limelight,” another source noted.
Zen Diamond Chairman Emil Guzelis remarked, “Jennifer Lopez is more than just an international icon; she personifies power, authenticity, and timeless beauty.” A representative for Lopez has not provided a comment on the endorsement.
Lopez’s relationship with Affleck has been quite a journey. They tied the knot in Las Vegas in 2022, but their marriage lasted only two years until Lopez filed for divorce in August 2024. Their connection began in 2021, rekindling an earlier romance from the early 2000s, when Affleck proposed with a radiant-cut pink diamond.
The first ring he gave her in 2002 was valued at $1.2 million to $2.5 million, but they ended their engagement in 2004. Interestingly, Lopez reportedly kept a ring with “sing” engraved inside it.
Before Affleck, Lopez was engaged to Alex Rodriguez, who proposed to her with a 15-carat emerald-cut diamond in 2019, though they split in 2021 amid rumors of infidelity.
Her first marriage was to Ojani Noa in 1997, which lasted just a year. Then she married dancer Cris Judd in 2001, but they too divorced two years later. Her marriage to Marc Anthony, the father of her twins, lasted a decade before they separated in 2014.
Interestingly enough, Lopez seems to prefer old-fashioned dating methods, as she recently rejected the idea of using the dating app Raya during an appearance on Howard Stern’s SiriusXM show, stating simply, “No, I don’t want that.”
