Jenny gets a new block.
Jennifer Lopez’s house hunt continued on Tuesday as she toured a $22 million bachelorette home in Beverly Hills, California.
The 55-year-old singer was seen touring the property in a white button-up top tucked into wide-leg striped pants in photos obtained by Page Six.
The Grammy nominee completed her look with sunglasses, hoop earrings and her hair in a low ponytail.
Lopez’s outing came just days after she toured a $68 million mansion over the weekend.
Notably, her husband, Ben Affleck, bought Lopez a $20 million bachelorette mansion in Los Angeles for her 55th birthday, amid rumours that the couple were heading for divorce.
“Ben really loves his new home and feels excited about the change,” the source said. He told Entertainment Tonight “He moved out. [ex-wife] Jen[nifer] Garner and her children.”
He and Lopez, who have been married since July 2022, first made headlines in June for their separation.
At the time, the songwriter continued to live in the couple’s $60 million home, while Affleck, 51, lived in a rental property.
The “Gigi” co-stars sparked speculation that they were selling their home after new photos surfaced on Zillow in June, and it was listed for sale the following month.
The estranged couple haven’t spoken about their relationship in months, except for Lopez lashing out at a reporter who asked about it.
However, Page Six reported in July that Affleck’s relationship with the actress had been “over” since March.
A source told Us on Monday that the Oscar winner hasn’t filed for divorce yet because he wants to “protect” his wife.
I love Bennifer fans too.
“She’s furious. He humiliated her … because she was gushing about him being the love of her life,” the source claimed. “She’s not completely over it yet.”
Lopez and Affleck were engaged from 2002 to 2004 and rekindled in 2021.
During their separation, Affleck married Garner and had three children, Violet, 18, Seraphina, 15, and Samuel, 12.
Lopez has previously been married three times, to Ojani Noa, Cris Judd and Marc Anthony.
The dancer is currently raising 16-year-old twins Emme and Max with the latter.
